FC4 or FC5?

With FC4 there's an "Akacarte menu editor" accessory that lets you
modify the menus.  You'll probably need to install this from an extras
repo.

With FC5 you can right-click on the applications menu (have the menu
closed, right click on "Applications" in the task bar instead of left
clicking on it), then choose the edit feature.

Then for either of them, go into a menu you want to modify, then add the
items you want to (similar to creating a new desktop launcher).
