1.4.2.1 is the current "stable" mutt release and what FC includes (for
all releases I believe, certainly for the supported releases).

Are you looking to get these patches included in the stock FC release?
If so, I'd check if there are any such requests open in bugzilla
already and add them there or create one if there aren't.

I'm not sure if FC would include the "unstable" mutt releases or not.
I've never read up to see if that's been discussed on the development
list (as I've been in the habit of running my own personally patched
mutt since the days of RH6).

It might be useful to search the archives of the development list or
ask there for some advice.
