Hi Paul, Jason and folks,

Tks for your advice.

>         /usr/lib*/acroread/Reader/intellinux/SPPlugins/*.apl \

Ran above command line.

"acroread" started as "root" and "user" (apart from the warning).

Shutdown the PC and started it again. "acroread" started as root/user

Hi Jason,

Ran;

# ln -s /usr/lib/libldap-2.3.so.0 libldap.so
No complaint and no printout

Warning still popup on starting "acroread"

# ls -l /usr/lib/ | grep libldap
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root root       20 Apr 20 15:03 libldap-2.3.so.0 ->
libldap-2.3.so.0.2.7
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root root   238572 Feb 14 00:23 libldap-2.3.so.0.2.7
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root root       22 Apr 20 15:03 libldap_r-2.3.so.0 ->
libldap_r-2.3.so.0.2.7
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root root   255984 Feb 14 00:23 libldap_r-2.3.so.0.2.7

Whether I need to remove both;
libldap-2.3.so.0 -> libldap-2.3.so.0.2.7
libldap_r-2.3.so.0 -> libldap_r-2.3.so.0.2.7

and run the command again.

TIA

B.R.
