Having an annoying problem with any distro of FC, I have an Acer Aspire 5672.
Try catching grub at its menu, 'e' edit the FC boot option, 'e' edit the kernel line, remove the 'rhgb quiet' bit. If that shows nothing obvious, try things like 'noprobe', noapic, nousb ... there are several 'no...' options, try googling, see if any of them help.
