Posting to my own post here...I went and picked up a BTC-PC380 from
Fry's...It seems to work o.k. with FC5 i386 and Ekiga, but under FC4
X86_64 and the RPM's on their site, it throws some very interesting USB
errors in /var/log/messages:

The last one will appear each and every time I hit the 'detect devices'
in the video device configuration menu.
