Yeah, but most 32bit users are desktop, which will most likely upgrade
to 64bit.
Most 64bit users are workstation and servers, which are more likely to
keep an older Fedora releases, "just because it works".

Either way, it'll be nice if Legacy will get x86_64 support... (Though I
won't die if it doesn't... old my "Legacy" machines are old 32bit stand
alone servers)
