Hi, Kevin

I think the "Add/Remove Software" needs Internet connection to verify the
installed packages.

According to my record. It accessed to http://209.132.176.20 and
http://83.166.201.99/ to retrieve the header.

If there is no Internet connection, this utility can not run. Good Luck!
