That card isn't supported by the open-source radeon DRI driver 
included in the distro. You must install the ATI fglrx driver:
- configure the Livna repo: 
http://rpm.livna.org/configuration.html#Core5
- install the packages:
yum install kmod-fglrx xorg-x11-drv-fglrx
