Don't mount a drive you want to play with fdisk on. > I believe thats what I did, "skip" the search. So I now have it dual booting just fine. Now I want to borrow the broadcom drivers from the windows install & use them with ndsiwrapper, but can't seem to get ntfs tools or the ntfs module to load. See another post on that subject. That is the last roadblock I believe. But this is an i386 install, 32 bit in other words, so I'm not sure that will work. I also have downloaded a 32 bit driver, but its a self-extracting .exe, and I don't know what will unpack that on linux x86. Maybe it should run, but selinux won't allow it, I dunno. I'm at a disadvantage as I've never before owned a winderz box & don't know that much about windows. Or howto unpack their .exe files. -- Cheers, Gene People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word 'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's stupid bounce rules. I do use spamassassin too. :-) Yahoo.com and AOL/TW attorneys please note, additions to the above message by Gene Heskett are: Copyright 2006 by Maurice Eugene Heskett, all rights reserved.
