The version of mkinitrd that is running on my system is 5.0.32. The version of mkinitrd that was not working with FC5T3 was 5.0.26. The instructions in that thread are about updating that version to 5.0.29. So, maybe, just maybe, the problem *is* with mkinitrd getting broken again. Debbie
