How do I configure my system to be able to use this device?

Ultimately, I'd like to use this with Skype.

If you can select /dev/dsp2 in Skype as your audio device, that would be the phone in OSS emulation mode. But this will just cover the phone as a USB audio device, if it has a keypad I am not sure how that will fit together.
