a) put some line (what line?) in to /etc/modprobe.conf
Won't work.
b) put 'modprobe pcspkr' into /etc/rc.local
c) Create a script /etc/sysconfig/modules/pcspkr.modules containing
#!/bin/bash
/sbin/modprobe pcspkr
