ln -s /usr/sbin/grub /sbin/grub
then:
grub-install --root-directory=/mnt/sysimage /dev/hda
I got the same error :
/sbin/grub: Not fund

I ran into the same thing when I didn't chroot /mnt/sysimage.
You can get around it with an ln -s /usr/sbin/grub /sbin/grub
grub-install --root-directory=/mnt/sysimage /dev/hda
