Yes, FC3 moved to fedoralegacy when FC5T3 was released, the legacy repowasn't enabled by default when FC3 was released.

Now with FC5 it's legacy repo has been pre-enabled, so when it's timecomes (when FC7T3 is released?) should will transfer seamlesslesy to legacy
