1. Configure the Livna repository: 
http://rpm.livna.org/configuration.html#Core5
2. Install the NTFS module:
yum install kmod-ntfs
3. Mount the partition:
mount -t ntfs /dev/<your_NTFS_partition> <your_mountpoint>
Change the partition name and mountpoint to match your system 
configuration.

IDE drives are named hda, hdb, hdc, ... and SATA drives are sda, 
sdb, ...
