I upgraded to FC5 and SELinux doesn't let me mount my nfs share from
another computer. It worked fine on FC4.

/home/theuser/Desktop/SHARED: Permission denied
If I disable SELinux everything works as it used to.
Have you read "man nfs_selinux" and set the appropriate boolean(s)?
