20 KB/s is what works best for me too, on a Comcast cable that's capped
by the provider at 32 KB/s upload (with 12 KB/s remaining for my other
traffic such as browsing, email, IM, etc.).

But if I was on a university network, I would probably use 350 KB/s
upload. ;-)
