I don't know anything about installing into Firefox.

yum install bittorrent

bittorrent-curses --max_upload_rate 350 \
http://torrent.fedoraproject.org/torrents/bordeaux-binary-i386.torrent 

it ain't pretty but it gets it done in two lines
