If no changes, no update. New files get a full copy. But you will need scratchpad space for the biggest file available to do this. rsync is pretty bulletproof, I've been using it here to make backup dirs of important dirs on other machines on my own LAN for several years now. I have it as a cron job & it sends me an email every morning showing what it did. -- Cheers, Gene People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word 'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's stupid bounce rules.
