When I execute this command,
rpmbuild postfix-2.2.2-2.src.rpm --rebuild --define 'MYSQL 1'
I get this error,

Get the Postfix SRC.RPM and rebuild it:
rpmbuild --rebuild --define 'MYSQL 1'
That will result in a Postfix binary RPM linked against MySQL (if all
rpm build requirements are fulfilled).
