I have a program compiled at RH9 (gcc 3.2.2) . When I tried to compile it at FC4 (gcc 4.0), it failed. Following hits from messages here, I installed compat-gcc-32*, use gcc32 replaced gcc, the compilation is nice. Thanks

FC4 has no gcc-g77 package. Instead there's gcc-gfortran, which is
not the same thing. compat-gcc-32-g77 is probably the best thing to
use.
