bcm5700 or tg3 dirver for FC4?

Hi,

Which driver to use, bcm5700 from vendor or tg3 from
FC4 stock kernel?

For a long time the tg3 has all kinds of problems like
eating up lots of CPU cycles, less (about 10%-20%)
slower than bcm5700, support less new models from
Broadcom.

I also find that the bcm5700 driver has not been
included in Fedora Core stock kernels and vanilla
kernels for a long time, and legacy bcm5700 module in
/etc/modules.conf or /etc/modprobe.conf will be
automatically replaced with tg3 driver by Linux FC*
OS.

Is the tg3 driver now stable and efficient enough? or
I still have to patch it with Broadcom's bcm5700
driver? or Computer vendor's updated network
driver(bcm5700 also) like Hwelett Packard for their
workstations?

Thanks.
