Even the term 'viral' that you used is argumentative and in sympathy with the often expressed opinions that seem to emanate from Redmond. Personally, I don't wish to debate you on the benefits or detriments of GPL license - it is simply pissing in the wind and more waste of bandwidth of this list. If you continue to advance your theories of the relative value of GPL license on this message base which after all, is devoted to bundling a collection of software released under GPL as far as the components permit or other sympathetic license as required, you risk alienating a lot of people.
