This sounsd implausible. Unless you're doing something particularly
speed-related, Fedora should work perfectly on a 500 MHz system -- or a
60 MHz Pentium, come to that.

Well then I guess I will just have to give it a try as a test machine. I know the Fedora devs are always looking for testers.
