Problem with new 2.6.15 kernel and serial ports

Just updated my server with todays updates.  In addition to the X
problem (Solved by
http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-test-list/2006-February/msg00179.html) the new kernel seems not to find all of my multiple serial ports.  Also two port numbers are different, which is also bad:
