wvware install

hi list
i m installing wvware, i have first installed all below in order

libwmf-0.2.8.4.tar.gz
UTF8-UCS4-String-0.3.0.tar.gz
libgsf-1.9.1.tar.gz

and wvware  is

wv-1.2.0.tar.gz

while i try to install that package on make it gives following error while i have installed libgsf
