 Looks like it should work just fine, though you might just leave
a 100 gigs free to allocate later. 

You have plenty of swap. I have 1.5 gigs a ram, and often only allocate
1 gig for swap. Generally the more ram you have the less swap you'll
need.
I've never had any problems but then I don't run programs that require
huge amounts of memory.    --gary
