The user support mailing lists keep unsubscribing people. It took 2 months before they would even admit that there might be a problem and look into it. (They kept trying to blame the users.) It wasn't until the problems started showing up on the Cooker list that anything was done... 2.) Problems with accessing the club web site. 3.) Changes in release model. (Somewhat like what Redhat did when it started Fedora - no more numbered release.) 4.) Management unable or unwilling to address user's concerns. Asking for help with club membership, or getting paid support is a problem. It is not unusual for emails to go unanswered. There are other reasons, but basicly a lot of users have decided that managment could care less about individual users. If you are not going to spend a couple thousand a year, they just ignore you.
