You could setup the one system, and then use UDPCAST with a bootup diskette that supports the nic in the machines. It could then directly image the hard disk to other machines at one time. I use it with the g4l project, and setup one machine in a lab to a new image, and then use the udpcast to image the other 19 machines in the room using the multi-cast.
