You can use some dump FTP server. Mine for example.
Just put your file in:
ftp://fanomezana.rktmb.org/fanomezana/
and give the URL to your friend.
It's a 6Mbps dedicated server, 24/24 connected.
I will juste erase the content when the disc is full and go on again and
again.
