I've noticed that this rpm only provides libskins2_plugin.so in /usr/lib/vlc,
whereas the vlc 0.8.2 rpm from livna also ships libncurses_plugin.so and
libwxwindows_plugin.so (and has dependency to wxGTK2). If vlc 0.8.2 from
livna is installed, I'm able to get the appropriate prefs GUI.
Did I do something wrong w/ the 0.8.4 version from Dag? Can anyone access the
prefs dialog w/ that version?
Nota: I cannot use vlc version <= 0.8.2, since it doesn't support properly
rtsp fluxes from my DSL provider's TV URLs (free.fr).

It seems that videolan 0.8.4 needs wxGTK 2.6.2.... I installed from
FreshRPMS and this works fine !
DAG has wxGTK 2.4.... That did not work for me either ...
