i studied both but didnt get any sense :(, in fact what i want to implement
is that through windows XP build in Remote Desktop Client connecting Linux
server's GUI.

You want X, then.
On the server, configure gdm to allow XDMCP logins. See this thread for

Give the users an X server implementation for their desktops
(http://www.cygwin.com/ has a build of x.org available for windows that
works like a champ).
