Not quite so straightforward.

# rpm -e caching-nameserver
error: Failed dependencies:
caching-nameserver is needed by (installed) NetworkManager-0.5.1-1.FC4.4.i386

Although on my DNS servers I have no need for the NetworkManager - on some laptops/desktops i use a local DNS 
that has a lot more interesting pieces.
