No, looks like an rpm transaction didn't finish (ie, the old package
didn't get uninstalled).
To be on the safe side,
rpm -e dbus-0.33-3
And then, optionally,
rpm -e --nodeps dbus
yum install dbus
(AFAIK, yum doesn't have anything akin to apt's --reinstall option).
