Yes. * Find an FTP mirror near you at http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html. Then use that URL in your /etc/yum.repos.d files as appropriate. E.g: "ftp://..." * Try setting up a local repo. http://www.charlescurley.com/yum.html.
