According to the troubleshooting page, 'off/any' indicates that the 
association failed, probably because the encryption failed.  This looks 
like you've got the same problem as me.

However, to reset I don't think you need to reboot.  Try 'rmmod 
ndiswrapper; modprobe ndiswrapper' to see if that does the trick.
