kernel.org's mirror has it available via HTTP:

    http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/core/4/i386/iso/FC4-i386-DVD.iso

and FTP:

    ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/core/4/i386/iso/FC4-i386-DVD.iso
