Hi there,

after activating "Start Sound Server" in gnome desktop settings->sound,
I'm not able to login anymore. gdm says authentication failure. Created
new user -> same effect. Any idea, anybody ? I'm using Fedora Core 4,
CMI8738 sound chip onboard. CMI8738 recognized allright in hardware browser.
