FC4 kernel (2.6.14) has version 3.4.14-k2-NAPI of the "e100" NIC module.
The Intel driver download page shows driver version 3.4.14 offered. So
it is supported by the Fedora kernel.

Yes, both ports appear as independent eth devices. All else wouldn't
make much sense ;)
