Running df against a mount target is probably the quickest way.   For
example:

df /dev/hda on my machine shows

[dpniner@fortinbras ~]$ df /dev/hda
Filesystem           1K-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
-                       256448       788    255660   1% /dev
[dpniner@fortinbras ~]$
