Hi, The proxy server is in a different machine. The proxy server in not allowed to do ftp downloads. This is because not all internet users are permitted to use ftp. The error says: ERROR the requested URL could not be retrieved ----- An FTP protocol error occured while trying to retrieve the URL: ftp://ftp.somesite.com/....
