Re: grub.conf emptied, and now i get kernel panic?

I can't beleve no one mentioned this but the lines should be:
   kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.9-1.667 ro root=LABREL=/dev/hda2 rhgb quiet
   initrd  /boot/initrd-2.6.9-1.667.img

or am I going crazy.
