Unlikely.

$ host pop3.dataintellect.com
pop3.dataintellect.com has address 207.155.252.97
pop3.dataintellect.com has address 207.155.248.14
pop3.dataintellect.com has address 207.155.248.31
pop3.dataintellect.com has address 207.155.248.122

Check your certificate. Anyway I would find it really strange if
your certificate would be made for an IP rather the hostname.
