Mailman + Postfix

I installed Mailman 2.1.5 on FC4 tonight and followed the directions on their website. It seems to have gone well with the exception that the CGI doesn't generate the aliases, I have to do that by hand. In the mailman error log I see this. How can I tell why postalias is failing?
