Odd icon problem

I added icons for Firefox and Thunderbird to my GNOME desktop.  The
Firefox icon is fine, but the Thunderbird icon is huge, about double the
size of the rest of the icons on the desktop.  I can't figure out how to
make it smaller.  Any help?  :-D
