It's not a problem, just a harmless warning.
$ rpmbuild --rebuild kile-1.7.1-1.fc3.src.rpm
would have been easier.

I have done:
$ rpmbuild --rebuild kile-1.7.1-1.fc3.src.rpm
When this is finished I have got some files in /RPMS/i386 and
/BUILD/kile-i18n-1.7, But no thing in /SPECS/ which must have the file
kile-1.7.1-1.fc3.spec
What must I do now?
