It's a wonderful psychological case study. 1) You were told what file needed to be changed. 2) You were told how it was changed by those who will do the changing. 3) You were reminded that your machine DOES automatically update if you tell it to. It also updates when you do it manually. This update process WILL include the new time zone files as needed.
