-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 It would appear that on Jul 23, Jerome Walczak did say: > In-Reply-To: <42E2B00D.1090602@xxxxxxxxx> > Subject: hard drive, FC4 & Mandriva > > Sorry - should've fixed the subject line before sending that out. Well that might have helped... But actually many of the people who might be best able to help probably won't even see your message unless they found my sound problem interesting... This is because many of them view in threaded mode. If they don't open the thread based on the first message, they may never see your subject line. The key is that not only do you need to use a new subject, but you need to compose a _NEW_ message That is you can't start it with reply without the header info that your e-mail software may not show you specifying the message id you replied to. Thus your first message that still had my subject ling was clearly marked with this header line: - -> In-Reply-To: <Pine.LNX.4.61.0507231419340.2917@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> - -----------------^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ where "Pine.LNX.4.61.0507231419340.2917@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" is the id of my message. However since I do multi boot with 2 ide hardrives I'll show you my grub config in a _NEW_ message using your subject line... ############################################################# ##_if_you'd_prefer_an_clearsigned_".asc"_text_file_of_this_## ##message_as_an_mime_encoded_attachment,just_ask_me_while__## ##it's_STILL_IN_my_outbox_folder_._._._=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+;-)_## # gpg sig for: Joe (theWordy) Philbrook DSA key ID 6C2163DE # # You can find my public gpg key at http://pgpkeys.mit.edu/ # ############################################################# -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFC48DCRZ/61mwhY94RAl+1AKCTQPB0CqkPI2K489SlORJi91tdlACfdv9P B8YHNDXestgPiIjqGR5cDi0= =ngxy -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- | --- ___ | <0> <-> Joe (theWordy) Philbrook | ^ J(tWdy)P | ~\___/~ <<jtwdyp@xxxxxxxx>>
