AFAIK the ntfs module can only write if the size of the file does not
change, and it has to be compiled with that rather useless option.

As far as writing to NTFS - I think the only option is through samba
where the ntfs partition is smb shared from a windows host.

There might be a commercial driver. I think I remember seeing one sold
somewhere ...
