And "rpm -q kdelibs"? /usr/lib/libkdeui.so.4 is in kdelibs, not in
kdebase.

It's really much more interesting to find out what version of KDE is
installed on your computer instead of doing things like rpm -e plus
reinstalling packages. Don't you want to know what the state of your
installation is? Even with a partial upgrade of FC3 to FC4, you should be
able to "fix" the upgrade with "yum update".
